Apple IPHONE

You need a numeric voice mail password.
Go to the phone function, select "keypad". Press and hold "1". This will
dial voice mail. (Unless you have changed the speed dialing options.)
Follow the prompts to set up a new voice mail password (actually a P.I.N.
because it is numeric only.) You will need to go into Personal options ->
Administrative options to do this.
