Apple IPHONE

In early June i bought a new PC. Installed Outlook 2010 and Windows7. Shortly after that I started getting brief messages on my iphone3. Nothing on thebody of the messages or a phone # where they are orginating. I contacted ATT yesterday but they could not help me. They thought the problem was with my ISP. I upgraded to a iphone4 and I am still having the same problem. I've checked my "outbox" in Outlook and nothing is there, so I feel comfortable that I am not sending myself messages. I can send a reply back but not sure where the message is going???? HELP...
